Alisia Klimasewiski is a 500 hour certified BBU Pilates instructor, 200 hour certified Vinyasa yoga instructor and is working toward her 300 hour advanced yoga certification under Christina Sell. Alisia received her first yoga mantra when she was 5, began practicing Viniyoga in 1997 under river Cummings then took up Pilates in 2001.
In 2017 Alisia left her 20 year career as a Practitioner of the Rolf Method of Structural Integration and Massage therapy to dedicate herself to the subjects of yoga and Pilates.
It is Alisia's goal to facilitate our clients journey by using ancient healing modalities combined with modern knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Whether you see Alisia for yoga or Pilates expect an alignment based practice customized to your unique structure and health, optional tactile cueing and hands on myofascial release.
Alisia's strengths are working with clients who have, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, cancer, autoimmune disorders and chronic pain.
Alisia is native to Rico Colorado where shel lives with her husband, two sons and mastiff. She is passionate about her family, community connection, the outdoors, mountain biking, skiing, K9SAR and living life to the fullest.
