I am fortunate to be able to claim that in my 21 years of Teaching and cultivating Movement Studios in Telluride Colorado, I have been with many of the same clients/ friends along the journey. My Studio In Sequence holds the energy of my Community. The journey is not only about staying physically fit and able in our lives, but also about who you are spending your time doing this with, along the way.
