Welcome to “Life In Sequence”. Our brand name is inspired by the environment of the studio space, the characters of our teachers, the motivation of our clients, and the athletic small town of Telluride from where we are located.
We have great teachers who teach great Pilates Classes InSequence has a full Studio of 4 Pieces of each apparatus: The Reformer, tower, chair, spine correctors and barrels, plus all the great mat toys. You will need to visit our class schedule on Mind Body to see the specific levels, themes, and times that we offer. But we start at 7 and we go until 6pm. All year long. We are consistent, so that you can be consistent.
Classes are no for all-thus our specialty for Privates and Duets, and personal small groups of Semi Privates.
