Adam began his yoga journey at Glenbeigh in Rock Creek, Ohio. Beginning with the most basic of postures and poses he slowly starting incorporating yoga into his life. On his return to Pittsburgh he trained with Michelle Ayala at La Vida Yoga. Through this process of discovery he found the deeper power of yoga. Adam changed his lifestyle and embraced healthy living. He continued to practice and learn, filling his life with healthy activities. He continued his study with Sharon Skittle and Britney Sukay at Urban Elements and Cyclology. Adam completed his 200 hour teacher training at Mangala Yoga in Telluride Colorado. Since Adam’s 200 hour training he has been busy with teaching and continued training. In addition to private instruction and small group classes throughout Pittsburgh he has been teaching yoga and spinning at Urban Elements and Cyclology. He was able to travel to Bali to participate in a 100hour intensive that focused on a deeper understanding of the subtle world and continued his work with Maureen Gildersleeve and Anne Marie Torres of Mangala Yoga. Since his return to Telluride he has been focused on expanding and exploring his own practice and sharing the power of yoga with others in both studio and private settings.
